Asparagus Tart

Via The Forest Feast by Erin Gleeson
1. Lay out 1 sheet of defrosted puff pastry on a greased pan. Pinch edges up to make a crust.
2. Spread a thin layer of soft cheese over the surface (She used Brie)
3. Beat an egg and pour it evenly over the cheese layer
4. Lay about 15 raw asparagus stalks over egg (ends trimmed)
5. Sprinkle top with:
2 tablespoons pine nuts
2 tablespoons capers
1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoons dried Italian herbs
Salt and pepper
6. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes or until puffy and golden
Strawberry Salsa

1 tomato
1/4 cup (10 g) fresh cilantro
1 small carton (about 2 cups or 280 g) of strawberries
Juice from 1/2 a lime
1/4 of a red onion
Chop and combine all with a pinch of salt! Serve with crackers or chips.
